Starting with a small loan and 10 oil tanks, over the course of 30 years,
brothers Alex and Dave Lambert built DC Energy Services into a top tier player in
the oil and gas services business in Western Canada and the Northwest Territories.
They built a talented team of over 250 employees with more than 10,000 pieces
of innovative rental equipment, specializing in supplying, mobilizing and
demobilizing custom tank farms.
Whether it was 2 tanks or 100 tanks, DC Energy was known as the call to make for
a quality and fully integrated environmentally-sound service.
Over the course of those years, DC Energy acquired and developed the land it
operated on, which fueled Dave’s interests in land and development projects.
In 2010, the opportunity came to sell DC Energy, at which point Dave focused his
energy, resources and passions on real estate development through his companies:
Aspen Creek Investments, DW Joint Ventures, West Park Developments and
Las Vegas based Ventana Beaumont.
We also gratefully acknowledge our valued customers and trusted sub-contractors who,
over the years, have been instrumental in our growth and success. We sincerely appreciate
these relationships and partnerships and what we have accomplished together.
Aspen Creek and its team continue to be creative, manage and grow each of
these entities and their interests.
